Family Vacation

After over a year I finally got to see my family again. They arrived Saturday evening at JFK airport and I picked them up and took them to the hotel they are staying in. On Sunday morning we went to New York City and visited TimesSquare and Central Park. In the late afternoon they met my host family and we all had dinner together. On Monday we visited the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. I already have been there before but it was still amazing. After the immigration museum we went to Ground Zero and the 9/11 Museum and to Wallstreet. In the evening I went to a Mets Baseball game with my host family and my family went shopping at the mall nearby. And on Tuesday we went to New York City again and went on the top of the Empire Statue Building. It was an amazing view from there. After that we went to Grand Central Station and the headquarters of the United Nations. We had a great time in New York City and really enjoyed the first few days of our vacation.
