Christmas Oratorium

This Friday we had our last big concert this year. We sung the Christmas Oratorium from Johannes Bach. The concert took about 3,5h and it was really exhausting to sing that long. But it was fun and worth it. Afterward the men choir and our conductor had diner at a Greek Restaurants. A few of us went to the movie after the diner and then we went to a bar, before we went home at about 4am.

Today I had to sing with the Hymnus Choir in the church service in Stuttgart. As every year, we sung a few chorales of the Christmas Oratorio from Bach. Afterwards we went home and unwraped our presents.

My sister is leaving in two weeks for 3months to France, where she will live in the northern part of France. She will have two younger host sisters (8years and 11 years old) and a single mother. I wish her a great experience and good luck!!!

Christmas Break

Yeah...school finished, at least for this year. We have now a 3 week Christmas break, before schol started next year again!!

European Parliament

This Friday we visit the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Our social studies class got invitation from our German delegate Wieland, who is working there. He showed us the building of the parliament and explained us, what they are doing and discuss there, and what kind of laws they are passing. After the 2 hours guide, we got some time to explore Strasbourg for a little time. We visited the Strasbourg Christmas market and the cathedral, and then we were heading home.

Driver's license

I have my license now!!! I passed the driving test today and now I can drive on my own...
