Bike trip

On Friday we went on a bike trip for a few days. We decided to ride along the river "Jagst", but therefore we had to use the tram and the train to get to Aalen, where we started. With the bike it was a little bit difficult to travel by train, especailly for dad. He had an additional trailer on his bike to carry our bags :)
On the first day we rode about 70km and stayed in Lendsiedel for the night. On the next day we rode about 90km and we stopped at an abbey, where we have sung a few years ago. The following day we only rode about 50km to Heilbronn, where we entered the train to get home.
The bike trip was really exhausting and the weather was beautiful.

One year ago..

Exactly one year ago I went to my trip to the U.S. At that time I didn't know what to expect and what I will go through. I was really nervous and excited. But from now I can say, that I had my best year ever and I'm glad I took this step forward. I have two families now, and I had learn so much new stuff and had wonderful experiences. It was like a dream for me, and I still can't realize, how fast the year went by. I had so much fun with my family, and I will never forget them. They're staying in my heart for ever. After one month in Germany again, I still can't talk german perfectly. I have to get used to it first. I see the world different now, because I have been living in two different countries, and both of them have their pros and cons. But for me the U.S. is still the country, where you can do everything.
I only can recommend everyone to go as an exchange student for one year, where ever he/she wants to go. It's incredible and you have to do it, to see what I mean.

Working at my dad's office

The last two weeks my brother and me had to work at my dad's office. We had to clean up the old office and had to take apart the old furniture. It was a lot of work for us, but the second week we didn't have to do so much. But now I'm glad it's over, because it was really busy to go to work for 8 hours.
